Job Description:
Provide in a professional and safe manner all common plumbing services as necessary to maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade the campus plumbing fixtures, equipment and systems and sprinkler system, always with an emphasis on customer service and timeliness. Work from written or verbal orders and requests, prints, existing codes, specifications and charts.
Requirements:
Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License with 5 years of experience working as a Licensed Plumber. HVAC experience helpful. Pipefitters or sprinkler fitters license a plus.Must carry a beeper as scheduled, and respond to after-hour emergencies. Must be physically able to perform all the necessary duties typically encountered by a licensed plumber, including working on ladders, lifting up to 75 pounds, utilizing typical plumbing tools, etc. HOURS: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (40hrs/52wks). Overtime required on an as needed basis.
